NOTE: Per industry standard, we recommend 1 bartender for every 50-75 guests based upon the types of drinks you plan to serve. If you are only serving beer wine and refreshments, we will staff 1 bartender for 75-100 guests.

Note: 20% gratuity can also be added to invoice as per request. You may express your gratuity by provide a cash gratuity directly to the bartender at the end of the event. Estimate $2.00 per guest for gratuity.

Proposed Service Start Time

Our booking time are flexible and we customize your event even down to the time. There is a 3 hours minimum required per event. Our staff arrives 30 minutes prior to the proposed start time. There is a 30 minute pre/post setup which is included in pricing.

Do you need to rent a mobile bar?

LED Sky Bar rental $250 This includes setup and break down. Bar measures 70x24x41.

Do you need waitstaff for your event?

We offer beverage consulting to create specialty cocktail for your event. Please inquire if you are interested in this service.

Do you need glassware rental?

We can provide glassware for your basic to specialty cocktails of drinks. Glassware rental is $2.00 per guest plus additional $50.00 delivery/ pickup fee.

Booking Fee

A 50% deposit is required to hold booking. This fee is deducted from the TOTAL contract price.
