  • Bottoms Up bartenders carry and use their own bar tools. Supplies consist of shaker glasses, bottle openers, pourers, bar mats, etc.

  • Yes, as per New York State Liquor Authority, anyone under the age of 21 must be checked for proof of age. NO EXCEPTIONS

  • Our time blocks are flexible and we customize your event even down to the time. So if you need us for 2 hours or 6 hours, we will be there!

  • No, we do not provide alcoholic beverages, however we do work with beverage delivery companies to help you place your order and we also  provide complimentary beverage consultation to help you calculate exactly what you need to purchase based upon the number of expected guests. We can also provide you with our preferred vendors to help you purchase alcohol at a reduced rate.

  • Yes, a $50.00 deposit is required to book your event.

  • Per industry standard, we recommend 1 bartender for every 50-75 guests based upon the types of drinks you plan to serve. If you are only serving canned beer and wine, we will staff 1 bartender for 75-100 guests.

  • We will provide you with a complimentary beverage consultation to help you estimate exactly how much alcohol to purchase based upon your guest count. Or you can download our Cocktail Party Beverage Calculator app from the Apple iTunes or Google Play market. We can also help you select your beverage menu.

  • You may express your gratuity by allowing our bartenders to place a tip jar in the bar area – OR – you may provide a cash gratuity directly to the bartender at the end of the event. Estimate $2.00 per guest for gratuity.

  • You need to provide and are responsible for anything that will be consumed by your guests such as alcohol, beer, wine, mixers, fruit garnishes, ice & cups. All our packages are now offering the mixers, garnishes and cups. Please call for more info.

  • Bottoms Up Bartending LLC provides Professional Bartender(s) and all the basic bar tools and supplies required to serve drinks to you and your guests. We also provide $1M-2M General Liability Insurance coverage in which most venues now require.

  • We can set up all types of specialty beverage events. We do not carry an alcohol liquor license to sell alcohol. The client must secure all permits required for the event. We do not own or sell alcoholic beverages. We provide one-stop shopping for all beverage needs to include: Alcohol variety and quantity recommendations Liquor store locations for discount pricing Table bars, linens, tubs, floor mats and protection Glassware – rocks, wine, pints, martini & champagne Soft drinks, water and ice Setups, mixers and additional products Special requests

  • The bartenders bring all basic bar supplies and tools including: shakers, ice scooper, bottle/wine opener, speed pours, drink stirrers, napkin caddy, fruit garnishment tray, cutting board, paring knife.

  • We provide a professional staff that will be dressed neat and proper for your event. Our bartenders wear standard service industry uniforms consisting of  a black button down or polo shirt with black slacks.  If you have any specific uniform requirements let us know and we will plan accordingly.

  • Our bartenders will arrive early to do 30-60 min setup.  During that time the bartender is setting up the bar area to ensure efficient service of your guests during your event. Bottoms Up Bartending LLC does not charge for this set up. This is a FREE 30 min-1 hour service!!
